How Long is the Build Your Purpose Process?

Branding can take around 1-4 weeks, it requires introspection on your end and is a process that should not be rushed. It can be expedited if you put in some extra reflection time!
The website normally takes around 1-3 weeks. This depends on the type of website, the structure, and the amount of features, products, and/or services you offer.
We try to finish the whole process within a month and a half, but some of this will depend on you.

What Kind of Websites Do You Build?

At THEBAERBØNES, we build two types of websites: custom-coded websites and CMS-based websites.
• Custom-Coded Websites: These websites are built from scratch, giving you maximum flexibility in design and features. They are perfect for clients who need a static website to act as a professional home base—a place to showcase their services or portfolio, and provide essential contact information. Custom-coded sites are ideal if you don’t plan to update content regularly or post new material frequently. With a static site, you can focus on your business while I take care of the design and structure.
• CMS-Based Websites: CMS (Content Management System) websites are built on platforms like Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress.com, Webflow, BigCommerce, and others. These websites are a great choice for business owners who want to manage their website independently—whether that means running an online store or posting blog content regularly. CMS sites come with built-in tools that make it easy to update your site without technical expertise.
If your needs involve frequent updates, product uploads, or regular posting, a CMS website may be the best fit, as it gives you more control. However, if your needs are simpler and you’re looking for a set-and-forget website to showcase your business, a custom-coded site might be the better option.
